Simple Steps to Create More Harmony in Your Life.

We often long to achieve harmony in our lives yet sometimes we are so off track and so distanced from it that we wouldn't know where to start attaining it. We may sign up for yoga classes, jet off to anti stress retreats and try everything from meditation to herbs to get some reprieve from our disharmonious lives. Yet despite all our efforts to control the chaos it seems like we never have enough time for all we want to do and it seems we are constantly running on empty or living in what seems a warzone at the home front. Ordinary life becomes like a rat race. We will find ourselves rushing from one thing to another in hopes that if we check enough things off our to-do list we will get some freedom and feel more in control and regain a sense of harmony in our life. The virus of chaos is like a slow moving storm. It will encroaching on us from every direction and eventually consume us. Here are 10 tips to restoring order and harmony in your life.
Let go of control. Instead of using control to fix a situation, set an intention to see that which is not working out for you resolved. Let your sub-conscience mind bring about the answers to results you want instead of using your energy to control the situation. That way you will get results without becoming blocked or stressed. Often times, holding onto something too tightly or using control can get in the way of progress.
Establish order in your surroundings. Make it highest priority to clean and clear chaotic energy from all areas of your life. The external world we live in has huge impact on our mental and physical well being. Make your living space beat to that which exudes harmony, good energy, and beauty. Your home should be in such order that it replenishes you when you are in it.
Face your worries and fears. Don't give them permission to continue to take up space in your mind. Write down your worries and get them off your chest so they no longer take the form of turbulent toxicity camping out in your mind. Letting your thoughts spin can create more friction in your world. Even if you don't have a solution to a problem in the moment, hand it all over to a higher power and let the answers come to you when you are in a state of ease and flow and not focused on the problem. Any unresolved issues in your life will steal your calm, peace, and joy if not put in check.
Shake off drama when it comes your way. Acknowledge it for what it is and send the confusion back to where it came from. Don't let any drama or unresolved issue gain foothold in your world as this will effect your peace of mind and overall well being. You become what you tolerate so set your standards high. Never let in anything that which doesn't benefit you or bring you harmony.
Slow down. Frantic freneticism and stressing out doesn't create harmonized results. It only creates more chaos and stress for you. Envision what state you would like to be in when you go to accomplish something. The more focused and in alignment you are, the more flow you will have. Be in a state of enjoying the process when you go to tackle a project. Make it fun so your focus goes to how easy it is to be in the ebb and flow instead of dread and woe of things not going exactly as planned.
Stay in your lane. Don't venture outside that which you can accomplish comfortably in a harmonized state. We often take on more than we can chew. It comes from the mindset that we want to have it all. The good news is that we can have it all. We just need to set strong boundaries and priorities and stay in a place of flow as we move towards what we want. It does no good to accomplish anything from a state of anxiety. You may have to delegate things or schedule a task way into the future to give it an appropriate place in your life. This will allow it to go off your radar until you are ready for it. Anything left unmanaged will become a source of stress for you and you will end up at war with yourself for not getting to it right away.
Have a focus and confidence in your destiny and where you are headed. We often lose harmony in our lives when we lose sight of our purpose or destiny. You will know you are on the right path when it brings you peace and also makes you feel alive inside. Let that "feels right" feeling become your compass to guide you to your destiny. Stay focused on your own vision as it will create a harmonious path for you. We start to wobble and invite in instability into our lives when we don't stay true to our core calling.
Have boundaries on what chaos you will allow into your life. Life is not going to be roses and daisies all the time. There will be things that come up in your life not part of your plan that you will have to deal with. Decide if it's a battle worth your time. Rethink why you would want to engage in it. Set limits on how much drama you will take on for others or yourself. I personally will draw a hard line when it comes to picking a fight with anyone because I like to conserve my energy for other things like creativity. Yet if it has to do with fighting for my children to keep them out of harms way, I will fight for them every time.
Align with harmony and allow in only that which makes you feel at peace into your world. This will train your " Harmony seeking" muscles to recognize alignment which will result in more peace in your life. Start with playing music that makes you feel in the flow or doing something that makes you calm and relaxed. You don't have to let chaos get the better of your daily interactions and situations. You can set your frequency to that which beats to peace, harmony and alignment. If you put energy into creating harmony, more ease and flow will come back to you. Overtime you will notice that your life and interactions with others as harmonious and peaceful
Be the example of Harmony. Know and believe that you are bringing harmony to your surroundings and those you come in contact with. Set an intention to be the example of peace and harmony to everything around you. In all your choices and words and actions be as harmonious as possible. Operate from a place of single mindedness, truth and wholeness.
