In a world full of competition it can be very advantageous to show up irreplaceable in your job, relationships, business, or legacy. Becoming irreplaceable can have so many benefits in the way your life plays out. It is the glue that sticks others to you and creates your success as well as keeps you ahead in the game and leaving a lasting legacy.

Here are a 10 ways you can stay ahead of the competition and become irreplaceable.


1. Be in the know of current trends and always take your product or yourself a step further. Research what others have done to know where you are at and then go beyond that. Be in the know. Self-analyse and see what ways you can get outside your current paradigm and become the leading edge of existence.


2. Be in a flow of continuous capacity to provide value that no-one else can provide. When you are constantly providing value, you will become irreplaceable.


3. Create something that will withstand the test of time. Many books, products and inventions have withstood the best of time and are continuing to be irreplaceable because they were ingenious designed, well thought out, and unique.


4. Find a niche and meet a need that you don't see anyone else fulfilling. This will set the basis for your leading in this area and being irreplaceable. It can be anything. It could even be just showing up as the best version of you in any situation. Others will be evaluating if you make the cut into their circles by how you show up. Become absolutely essential to those who want what you have to offer. You will become irreplaceable because you are offering what none one else has.


5. Constantly be in the process of upgrading. Adaptability is key. Don't just wait till something comes up and makes you have to raise your standards to stay ahead in the game. By then it will be too late. Your competition will have the leading edge. This can happen in relationships or even job situations. Stay aware of your position.


6. Harness foresight. Ask for God's direction and vision. You can't be a leader if your following others. If you are following God who is irreplaceable (Hebrews 13:8) then you have a chance to become irreplaceable. God can see ahead of where you are going and give you insight, revelation, and the steps to get there if you listen to Him.


7. Be yourself. Don't follow the crowd or what you see other's doing. Your authentic self will shine through when you offer something no-one else has. This works in relationships too. Your authenticity and uniqueness will be highly valued by those seeking it. This will set you apart from the other competition. Be someone that others have to keep up with. Then you will always hold first place because they will find themselves growing to keep up with you.

8. Become a problem solver. Good problem-solving skills will keep you in the game and ahead of the game. When something comes up, you will be armed and ready to go to the next level because you can problem solve your way to the next level.


9. Dedicate yourself to high standards. Focus on growing that which you are good at. Set the bar high. In everything you do be exceptional. This will allow you to position yourself as the best in any field or placement from where you are.


10. Believe you are irreplaceable. Be of high value and high worth. Accept the qualities of those who are irreplaceable and infuse it into your products, work place, or your relationship. Some character qualities of the irreplaceable are kindness, genius, goodness, self worth, high value etc.
