1. Something seems off. You find yourself questioning or afraid to question if this is your life purpose. Listen to that gut feeling. You will know something is off with what you are doing. Is this destiny a place holder saving you from a boring broke life or is this actually your destiny? Time to evaluate why you are engaging in this destiny and if it is aligned with your core.
2. There are road blocks. You notice that you are not operating in the flow and not experiencing synchronicity. Path to your destiny feels like climbing a mountain. Sometimes it can feel like too much work. Alignment will come to you when you are truly following your destiny. If things don’t go smoothly and you experience a lot of closing of doors, then it is most likely not your destiny.
3. The passion isn’t there. When it is your true destiny and life's calling you will feel joy bubbling up inside you every time you turn towards that destiny. Your heart will sing when you are engaging with it. If you are not experiencing that passion then it is not your destiny. You may have talent, but if there is no passion backing it then this is not your destiny.
4. You feel sick. Another sign you are not tracking towards your destiny is if you start getting sick. Working toward this destiny depletes your energy. Illnesses are caused by a breakdown of the immune system which starts within mind. A sick mind comes from being out of alignment with your core. Our minds often become sick before illness shows up in our bodies. Be in tune with how you feel physically as you move toward your destiny.
5. It doesn’t resonate with your core. Having a talent doesn’t mean it is your destiny calling or in alignment with your core. If you experience no passion behind a talent, then it is most likely not your destiny. Passion is that alive feeling you get while your focus is on something. Your true destiny will fulfill you at a core level. If you get a high from showing off what you are doing to others. This is a false core alignment feeling. This means your feeling fulfilled only by that which feeds the ego not the inner passion that comes from being involved in your destiny.
6. You are undecided. You waffle back and forth on whether this is your destiny or not. There may or may not have been a lot of other options on the table when you picked this destiny. Your mind keeps wandering to the other unfulfilled dreams and desires that you could be doing. Some days you feel it’s the right thing, other days you wonder how you ever ended up here.
7. You are in it for money. You plan one day to strike it rich with this destiny path. Or this destiny is making you rich now. You stay in it because of the money even if it doesn’t back your core beliefs or values. You sacrificed your core and better judgement for the sake of monetary gain. Keep in mind that money has wings and is fleeting.
8. It is not fulfilling you. You experience dissatisfaction with this destiny path. You wonder if you would be happier doing something else. The grass looks much greener outside than where you are right now. You experience a feeling of complacency, hoping things might change if you get further along the path. Life seems grey and dull wherever you go. Truth is this destiny is making your heart sick and leaving you in a place of loss. It is depleting your soul and stealing your life force energy and time.
9. You have regrets. You have secret regrets about spending your time this way every day. Mainly you blame circumstances that threw you on this destiny path. You know you will have regrets for all the time you spent on it if nothing comes of it in the next few years. Sadly, your expectations will get the better of you on this one. You will have built something under the disguise of destiny that ultimately leads to your demise. You will have made sacrifices in the wrong areas of your life to attain this destiny and will get very little back.
10. It is laid on the wrong foundation. You were influenced by others to follow this path. You were not solid enough in your identity to go after this destiny yourself and hopped on someone else’s bandwagon. This happens quite often in the sales industry. It means you were out of alignment with your core and settled. You end up pursuing a destiny fed by validation from others but not the internal satisfaction or passion from yourself. This would be like picking up talents to prove yourself to a lover and dropping them after that lover is broken up with you.
