10 ways to start loving yourself the way you deserve to be loved

It's starts with a want to love yourself.
#1 start with valuing you. Decide who you are and then honor that version of you in everything you do and how you speak about yourself. Thank yourself for who you are daily.
#2 Remove anything that makes you feel less than who on you are. Old clothes, pictures of the past haunts and anything that remind you of failures to be your best version.
#3 Devote time everyday at least one hour working on something that makes you feel like you are getting closer to your goals.
#4 Focus on eating food that makes you feel better.
#5 Say no to things that steal your energy or joy or time away what you want to do.
#6 Keep your distance from toxic people in or outside your circle.
#7 Be in a constant state of wonderment. Find miracles in everyday life and celebrate them.
#8 Find ways to elevate such as being in nature, exercising; and looking at beauty. Beauty will feed your soul and expand it. Learn how to unhook from things that take your focus away from your present moment like your cellphone. Take time to cultivate the inner you.
#9 Surround yourself with people who validate you and love you. Let go of un-forgiveness towards the people who didn't love you in the past.
#10 Everyday, make it a habit to find a new way to honor and love yourself.
